This project included extensive envelope and energy improvements for three affordable apartment communities located in Hayward, California.  Envelope improvements included replacing most, if not all, existing roofing, siding, windows, and stairway systems. Energy improvements included installation of rooftop solar photoovoltaic systems, lighting and insulation. Some locations included removal and reinstallation of gas wall systems, and replacement of plumbing fixtures that did not meet CAL Green standards.

Cypress Glen consists of 54 units within 3, two-story buildings. Huntwood Commons consists of 40 units within 6, three-story buildings. Harris Court consists of 24 units within 5, two-story buildings.
